Casa Nova is an idyllic location from which to discover Umbria, Southern Tuscany and the Marche. Casa Nova is a small fruit and olive farm, on the southfacing slope of the beautiful Niccone valley, 30 minutes from Perugia, the capital of Umbria and the same from Cortona, in Tuscany.
There are two houses available for holiday rentals on the 30 acre Casa Nova estate: Casa dell’Ortolano (also known as the Garden House) and Il Casale (the Farm House), each with their own large garden and separate private pools. They both offer beautiful, airy, spacious accommodation equipped to the highest standards, with stunning views, a peaceful setting in unspoilt countryside, and the pleasures of picking fresh fruit and vegetables from the estate. The houses are private from one another, as they are in different positions on the hillside, with different orientations and screened from one another by the lie of the land and by trees. However, as it is a short walk between them, the two houses can also, if desired, be rented together to accommodate large groups of up to 25, who want to be within easy reach of one another whilst each still having their own privacy.
