Prices are quoted in, and are payable in, Euros. A deposit is required before a booking is confirmed. Full payment is required no later than 8 weeks before the start of the booking (or at the time of booking, if this is less than 8 weeks before). A cancellation policy applies. The price quoted includes routine cleaning between rental weeks. Additional cleaning can be arranged at your cost. Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors at Casa dell’Ortolano, for the sake of subsequent guests. Full terms and conditions will be supplied with our booking form before any booking is confirmed.
Outside of peak season, we are also prepared to consider changeovers on days other than Saturday or Sunday, or discounts for longer stays. Please contact us to enquire about this.
