NOTES: Mezzanine above the library has 2 to 3 single beds available if required for additional guests, with access to guest bathroom on the floor below. The Mezzanine above the top right bedroom has a desk/study area but can also be used for a travel cot when needed. Both of these are accessed by a spiral stair. The other two Mezzanines are “dens” or storage areas above bedrooms, accessed by a ladder which can be removed when not in use. These are NOT suitable for young children or anyone with difficulties with mobility! Areas shaded grey are not part of the rental.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: please note that our pricing is based on maximum occupancy of 14 (plus any infants in cots) but the layout described above allows some flexibility as regards which of the rooms you use as bedrooms, particularly when there are children in your party. If, exceptionally, you require beds to be made up for more than 14 people there will be an additional pro-rated charge per guest based on one fourteenth of the applicable weekly rental, up to a legal maximum, which cannot be exceeded, of 18 guests. Any additional cleaning/laundry beyond the standard visit one week after your arrival will be at extra cost.
