Prices are quoted in, and are payable in, Euros. A deposit is required to secure the dates before a booking is confirmed. Full payment is required no later than 8 weeks before the start of the booking (or at the time of booking, if this is less than 8 weeks before). A cancellation policy applies. The price quoted includes routine cleaning between rental weeks. Additional cleaning can be arranged at your cost. Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors at Il Casale, for the sake of subsequent guests. A security deposit is payable on arrival. It is a legal requirement that all guests must be registered with the Italian authorities within 48 hours of arrival and therefore valid passport details will be required for all members of your party. Full terms and conditions will be supplied with our booking form before any booking is confirmed.
Outside of peak season, we are also prepared to consider changeovers on days other than Saturday or Sunday, or discounts for longer stays. Please contact us to enquire about this.
*Please note: the pricing in this table is based on an occupancy of no more than 14 (plus any infants in cots). We consider this the optimum number of guests for the most enjoyable experience of the house, as it avoids redeploying some of the living space as bedrooms. The layout, which you can view here, allows some flexibility as regards which of the rooms you use as bedrooms to accommodate 14, particularly when there are children in your party. If, exceptionally, you require beds to be made up for more than 14 people the house can accommodate this but there will be an additional pro-rated charge per extra guest based on one fourteenth of the applicable weekly rental, up to a legal maximum capacity, which cannot be exceeded, of 18 guests. If you require this, you must specify the number of extra guests no later than when due to pay the balance of the rental, so that the appropriate additional charge can be calculated.
